10 Year Guarantee on our Artificial Grass

We’re so confident in the quality of our artificial grass that we offer a full 10 year guarantee on all of our artificial grass products (aside from the Hampton, which comes with a 5 year guarantee).

Our manufacturer’s guarantee covers artificial grass products for a minimum of 10 years (5 years for the Hampton) from the date of invoice, which covers UV Rays. We will replace goods not found to conform to guarantee. The seller takes steps where deemed necessary to bring the goods into a state where the item is free from such defects, providing the alleged fault is not the result of accidental or willful damage or normal wear and tear.
